PVC shrink sleeves developed from the container profile
A shrink sleeve must be specified around the actual bottle, jar, cap or grouped product and the available heat process. Maximum and minimum diameters, shoulder shape, shrink area, artwork distortion and application method all influence the final construction.

MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ, sampling route and production timing depend on sleeve format, dimensions, film, printing, perforation, quantity, approval cycle and delivery. A shrink test on the actual container may be required before commercial production.
PVC shrink-sleeve FAQs
Is a PVC sleeve the same as POF overwrap film?
No. A fitted shrink sleeve or neck band and a POF overwrap use different formats, equipment and specifications. Quote the intended pack result and current process.
How should the sleeve be measured?
Provide the container drawing and sample. Layflat and cut length should be validated against the profile and shrink behaviour, not estimated from one diameter alone.
Can the sleeve be printed?
Printing feasibility is reviewed against artwork, distortion, seam, orientation, colour plan, coverage, approval method and quantity.
