The film, bag construction and printing process should be developed together. Print method is confirmed after the artwork, substrate, coverage, registration expectation and production quantity are reviewed.

Barcode, fine text or registration-critical elements
MOQ and lead time are confirmed only after film, conversion, artwork, colour count, coverage, tooling, proofing and quantity are reviewed. Any plate, cylinder, artwork or setup charge should be shown separately in the commercial quotation.

Which printing process will be used?
The appropriate process depends on the film, artwork detail, colour plan, repeat, coverage and run requirement. It should be confirmed during technical review.
Is a digital proof the same as a production sample?
No. A digital proof checks content and layout, while an approved physical or press sample can also show film, colour, orientation and conversion.
What files should I send?
Send editable vector artwork where available, font information, colour references, a dimensioned layout and any barcode specification.
