Courier mailers specified for fulfilment and delivery
A courier bag should be matched to the parcel, packing workflow and delivery conditions. Tamper-evident features indicate interference but should not be described as tamper-proof or used as the only security control.
Courier bag RFQ checklist
- Usable width and length, flap depth and optional gusset
- Parcel dimensions, weight, sharp edges and handling conditions
- Film micron, inner and outer colours, and opacity requirement
- Permanent closure, tear line and optional return strip
- POD or document pocket size and position
- Plain or printed artwork, colours, sides and coverage
- Quantity per size, packing, delivery city and required date
MOQ, samples and production timing
MOQ and lead time vary with size, film construction, colour, adhesive configuration, document pocket, printing, packing and quantity. A current parcel and approved bag sample can reduce ambiguity before production.
Courier bag FAQs
What size courier bag should I order?
Measure the packed parcel, not only the product. Allow for thickness, closure flap and a practical packing tolerance without leaving excessive loose film.
Can I add a return strip?
A secondary adhesive strip can be reviewed for return workflows. Its position, tear line and opening sequence should be approved on a sample.
Can a document pocket be included?
Specify the document size, pocket position, opening direction and whether the pocket is plain or printed.
Compare plain and printed courier bag formats, then request a courier bag quotation.
