Custom bags are developed around the packed product and handling process. Start with the product dimensions, required fit, bag opening, seal location, material appearance and strength requirement.
Main decisions
- LDPE, HDPE or another polyethylene film
- Clear, milky, coloured or opaque appearance
- Flat, gusseted, bottom-seal or side-seal construction
- Plain or flexographically printed
- Loose pieces, bundled bags or roll formats
Sample approval
Where performance or fit is critical, approve a sample before full production.
